Christmas Eve

It was so exciting at our house on Christmas Eve. Our usual tradition includes finding a Chinese place to eat. Started out bad. 4 locations we checked were closed. Must have converted from Buddhism to Christianity because we have never had this problem in the past.
Adele wrote a note to Santa and also baked a cupcake in her new cupcake maker. We left trail mix of peanuts, M&Ms, and raisins for the reindeer.

Princess kitty started sniffing at the cupcake and Adele decided to build the Great Wall of China to keep kitty out. Of course that didn't work - she just jumped the barricade!
Oh well, after sniffing, the kitty decided she wasn't interested.
What excitement and anticipation it is on Christmas Eve!

It is like BEING there with you on Christmas Eve, Adele, when I look at the pictures. I certainly would have enjoyed listening to you read Nola Kelsey's "It Was The Night Before Christmas In Dog Town". Someday you will have the opportunity of meeting this fine author; in the meantime, check out her web site: http://www.nolakelsey.com/
You and Nola can share your experiences in "rescue" and animal sanctuaries. I have another Kelsey book for you to read in a few years: "Dogs: Funny Side Up!" I gave that book to my god-friend, Susan Gallagher.
